All men are… bastards, bullies, wimps, unavailable, Mummy’s boys, abusers, abandoners, stupid, useless, lazy, only want one thing!
Does anyone like men? Do we like us? This is the questions posed by Michael Elias, co-author of the outlandish book “MEN Speak the Unspeakable”.
A strange and possibly unique book, “MEN Speak” aims to give voice to the dark side of the male psyche. The authors reveal their shocking dark thoughts and impulses and bare their souls as they turn from ‘angry whingeing blaming boys, into more aware, self-respecting men.’
Billed as a book with ‘shameless male dialogue, with heart, soul …and balls,’ it is claimed that this book contains a lot of stuff men don’t know about.
Covering subjects as diverse as sexuality, paedophilia, parenting and dictators, I’m sure that everyone can learn something new from it.
But as for the claim that ‘women will get an insight that they’d never bargained for’ – that may be true but it is not necessarily a good thing.
